Archived Chart Properties dialog

You use the Archived Chart Properties dialog to view details of the archived chart or summary group that you selected on the Bar tab of the Bar and Task Properties dialog.

Explanation of the fields on the dialog

The dialog displays the following information about the archived chart or summary group:

Field	Description
Drawn by	The name of the user that created the chart or summary group.
Manager	The name of the manager of the person that created the chart or summary group.
Comment	Any comments that were entered against the chart or summary group.
Programme number	A number that has been associated with the chart or summary group.
Issue date	The date on which the chart or summary group was issued for approval.
Revision number	The revision number of the chart or summary group.
Revision date	The date on which the chart or summary group was last revised.
Revision comment	Any comments that were entered against the chart or summary group when it was revised.
Is a project	Whether or not the chart or summary group represented a project within a portfolio.

The dialog displays the following information about the archive into which the chart or summary group has been archived:

Field	Description
Name	The name of the archive.
Description	The description of the archive.
Archive creation date	The date on which the archive was created.
Last archive date	The date on which data was last transferred from the project into the archive.
Last user to archive	The name of the last user to transfer data into the archive.
