Window and view manipulation shortcuts

To	Press
Select the first or next histogram	CTRL SHIFT H
Select the entire worksheet	CTRL SHIFT SPACE or CTRL A
When a task is selected, select that task's row in the spreadsheet	SHIFT SPACE
Approximately double the horizontal scale	CTRL / (/ on the numeric keypad)
Approximately halve the horizontal scale	CTRL * (* on the numeric keypad)
Move the focus around the project view, the spreadsheet, the bar chart and the histogram pane	F6
Activate the next window; this cycles through all the windows onto the current project, then the windows onto other open projects	CTRL TAB or CTRL F6
Display the Table Definition Properties dialog	ALT F3
Maximise the active window	CTRL F10
Move the active window; use the ARROW KEYS when the move cursor appears	CTRL F7
Restore the active window to its previous size	CTRL F5
Size the active window; use the ARROW KEYS when the size cursor appears	CTRL F8
Close the active tab	CTRL W
