Creating a new exception

To create a new exception:

  1. Open Library Explorer.
  2. Click Exception in the tree view.
  3. Right-click a blank area of the list view and select New Exception. A new exception appears in the list view with the cursor flashing in the Name column.
  4. Type a name for the exception, then click away to deselect it.
  5. Specify whether the exception relates to working or non-working time in the Type column. For example, a holiday relates to non-working time and overtime relates to working time.
  6. Specify the appearance of the exception in the remaining columns.
