Tabular Report Properties dialog - Scope tab
You use the Scope tab of the Tabular Report Properties dialog to specify which parts of the project you want to include in a tabular report. You can choose to include the entire project, one or more branches of the project, or one or more individual charts within the project.

To access the Tabular Report Properties dialog, right-click a tabular report in Library Explorer and select Properties.

Field/Button | Description |

All | Click this radio button to include the entire programme of projects in the report. |
Branch | Click this radio button to include one or more branches of the project in the report. Select the branch(es) you want to include in the field to the right. |
Chart | Click this radio button to include one or more individual charts in the report. Select the chart(s) you want to include in the field to the right. |
Project hierarchy | Select the branch(es) or chart(s) to include in the report. |
Execute | Click this button to produce the tabular report. |
How do I...

Click the All radio button. The entire programme of projects is included in the report.

- Click the Branch radio button.
- Select the check box next to each chart in the project that you want to include in the report. When you select a chart, all the chart's subcharts are automatically selected for inclusion in the report.

- Click the Chart radio button.
- Select the check box next to each chart in the project that you want to include in the report. When you select a chart, the chart's subcharts are not automatically selected for inclusion in the report; you can select them individually if you want to include them.
