Spelling dialog

You use the Spelling dialog to spell-check the current view and Library Explorer objects. The spell-check will find spelling errors in names, notes, descriptions and text annotations.

To access the Spelling dialog, on the View tab, in the Proofing group, click Spelling.

Field Description
Current view Click this radio button to spell-check the whole view.
Selection Click this radio button to spell-check the current selection only.
Include child objects Select this check box to include subordinate bar chart or library objects in the spell-check, or clear the check box to omit them.

How do I...

  1. Click the Current view radio button to check the spelling in the current view, or click the Selection radio button to check the spelling of the currently-selected objects only.
  2. Select the Include child objects check box to check the spelling of subordinate bar chart or Library Explorer objects, or clear the check box to exclude these.
  3. Click OK.
