Select Profile dialog

You use the Select Profile dialog to save the attributes of the selected task, bar, link or annotation to a defaults profile. Once you save an object's attributes to a defaults profile, all new objects of the same type are given the same attributes by default when you create them. For example, if you save the attributes of a task to a defaults profile, all tasks that you create subsequently are assigned the same attributes as the selected task. You can save the attributes to an existing defaults profile, or create a new one.

If you create more than one defaults profile, you can switch between them using the Task tab of the Bar Chart Defaults Properties dialog.

If you right-click a blank area of the bar chart and select Copy Properties to Defaults, the properties of the bar under the cursor position become the bar defaults.
