Save as Alternative Version dialog
You use the Save as Alternative Version dialog to specify whether you want to save the entire programme of projects, or just the branch of the project that is included in the current view, when saving a project in Asta Easyplan format. Choosing to save just the current branch of the project can be useful when saving a project so that it can be opened and edited in Asta Easyplan, as there is a limit to the size of projects that can be handled by Asta Easyplan: projects that exceed these limits can be opened, but not edited in Asta Easyplan.
How to access the Save as Alternative Version dialog
The Save as Alternative Version dialog appears when you choose to save a project in Asta Easyplan format, when the current view is of a subchart or summary group rather than of the programme chart.
