Publish to Outlook dialog
You use the Publish to Outlook dialog to specify the way in which you want to publish permanent resource allocations as Microsoft Outlook® appointments or tasks. Outlook can be configured in a number of ways, so your selections on this dialog must match the way in which it is configured on your network.

To access the Publish to Outlook dialog, click the Details button on the Email and Publish Options dialog.
This dialog is not available in Asta Powerproject SaaS.

Field | Description |

Publish direct to resources Exchange folder | Click this radio button if you use Microsoft Exchange and you want to publish details of your permanent resources' allocations directly to their folders on the Exchange server. You must have permission to edit your users' folders in order to use this option. |
Publish to shared/public folder | Click this radio button if you use Microsoft Exchange and you want to publish details of your permanent resources' allocations to a shared or public folder. You specify the folder in the Select Outlook folder to use field. |
Select Outlook folder to use | Select the shared or public folder into which to publish details of your permanent resources' allocations. This should be a folder that contains everyone's calendars or task lists. |
