Properties dialog - Fields tab
You use the Fields tab of the Properties dialog to store data about the current project. You can store fifteen text values, whole numbers, decimal numbers, on-off values, dates and times and durations.
How to access the Properties dialog
To access the Properties dialog, click the File tab, click Properties, then click Advanced Properties.
Explanation of the fields on the dialog
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Field | The number of the field. You can store information in up to fifteen fields on this dialog. |
| String | Enter text values in this column. |
| Integer | Enter whole numbers in this column. |
| Float | Enter decimal numbers in this column. |
| Boolean | Select this check box to specify 'on' for a field, or clear the check box to specify 'off'. |
| Date/Time | Enter dates and times in this column. |
| Duration | Enter durations in this column. |
