Format Cells dialog - Colour tab
You use the Colour tab of the Format Cells dialog to specify the colour in which you want to display the selected cells in the spreadsheet. The colour that you specify here overrides the default colours that are defined for the spreadsheet.
How to access the Format Cells dialog
To access the Format Cells dialog, on the Home tab, click the dialog launcher 
in the Font group.
