Cost Allocation Properties dialog - Codes tab
You use the Codes tab of the Cost Allocation Properties dialog to view and maintain the codes that have been assigned to the selected cost allocation. You can assign more than one code from each code library to an allocation.
How to access the Cost Allocation Properties dialog
To access the Cost Allocation Properties dialog, right-click a cost allocation and select Properties.
Explanation of the fields on the dialog
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Library | This column displays an entry for each available code library. |
| Entry | Select one or more codes from each code library that you want to assign to the allocation. |
How do I...
... assign codes to the selected cost allocation?
- Locate the code libraries from which you want to assign codes to the allocation. The names of the available code libraries are displayed in the Library column.
- For each code library from which you want to assign one or more codes, select the code, or codes, that you want to assign in the Entry column.
This tab may not currently be displayed on the dialog. If it is not currently visible, click More >> to display it. If you do not want this tab to appear, you can hide it from view along with a number of other tabs by clicking Less <<.
