Properties dialog - Common tab
You use the Common tab of an Asta Powerproject Properties dialog to view general details of the selected object. You may find this information particularly useful if you are running Asta Enterprise, as the tab shows the user to whom the object is locked.
How to access the Common tab of a dialog
The Common tab appears on Properties dialogs when the Show common information check box on the View tab of the Options dialog is selected. Clear this check box if you prefer not to view the Common tab on dialogs.
Explanation of the fields on the dialog
| Field | Description |

| Object ID | The internal identifying number of the selected object. |
| Object type | The type of the selected object, for example Task or Cost Allocation. |
| Last edited by | The name of the user who last edited the selected object. |
| Last edited on | The date and time on which the selected object was last edited. |
| Locked to | The name of the user to whom the selected object is currently locked, ie the user who is currently editing the object. |
