Viewing graphical resource reports
The Graphical report dialog appears when you execute a resource report, having chosen to display it in graphical format on the screen.
You can use the toolbar on the dialog to change the way the report is displayed on the screen and to print the report.
Explanation of the fields and buttons on the dialog

Click this button to print the report using the current settings. |

Select the style of the graph you want to view. |

Click this button to zoom out of the graph; you can also zoom out by holding the mouse pointer over the graph and right-clicking. |

Click this button to zoom into the graph; you can also zoom in by holding the mouse pointer over the graph and left-clicking. |

Select a specific zoom level. |

Click this button to hide the legend from the dialog; once you have clicked this button, it changes into a Show Legend button, which you can click to redisplay the legend.
If you display the legend, you can change the line or fill style of each field and resource by clicking on the boxes to the left of each item on the legend. You can also hide or display each item by selecting or clearing the check box to the left of each item. |
