New Polygon
You use the 
button to draw a polygon within a border.
Polygons are shapes with three or more sides; you can draw polygons with
as many sides as you like. The cursor turns into a polygon tool, which
you can click to define the corners, and therefore the shape and position,
of the polygon. Double-click the cursor to complete the polygon.
